Post Notifications
Do you want them??
Runboard how now disabled this, so the button in your control panel is no longer in use.
If you wish to subscribe to a thread and get post notifications then if you look at the top of the thread that you are reading and want to be told of a new post to it then click the Subscribe to this topic
that way you should get notifications.
If you check the box at the bottom of post you are writing which says Get notifications when someone replies? (Help) you will then get notification for just one reply. To be notified all the time click subscribe to this topic.

What about if you want to stop them?
It's easy to do.
Go to your runboard control panel, miscellaneous settings. Scroll down to where it says "Precheck the notification box". Uncheck that. Submit the settings.
Then with every notification mail you get, click on the link that says: "unsubscribe from this topic". It will take you to the topic in your browser, but will also unsubscribe you.
Eventually the mails will stop as you weed out the topics that you inadvertently subscribed to.
If you want to be notified then just click the subscribe to this topic which is at the top of the thread that you are reading.
