XPSL Bakersfield Update
Novices:
Our novs played great on friday, however we were held back by a few things. 1st of all we were all broke and did a work trade for paint. However the paint we used was EXTREMEMLY bouncey. When we finally were able to get our hands on new paint we won 2 of our last 3 games. Guys kept thier heads up though and are now eager to practice harder and work harder to ensure better better paint at the next event.
Young Guns:
Played awsome!! Winning 5 of thier 6 games, including a win against Enigma, who other wise went undefeated to get 1st place overall. We made some mistake in quarterfinals (double elimination brackets) but still went home victories and with our eyes set for SD NPPL and Vegas XPSL.
Overall:
I really liked the Venue. The grass is far better than any dirt or turf I have played on. The field were fun and the reffing and staff were excellent. Big up for the bakersfield event.
