That is a great picture of Spawn. But please do not use the leather concept. It would just further degrade the character. It should be a custom clay sculpt to your specs. Then Converted to a Latex or Urethane Piece. My brother does this type of work. And he is f**king brilliant. He can Design anything you desire. If you do it the right you will not regret it.
