Hi Gray and welcome to the Lair. I noticed that you're also in the Adam West costume group. That's where I would have refered you to. Those guys really have their stuff together and can help you out with a Robin suit for sure

I read your post concerning a vintage Robin Costume. I know a great, great site who specializes in just about anything you want. They are awesome. They created a Nightwing cowl for me as well as my current costume, and they did such a great job with the custom sculpting, I'm having another one created, this time it's a true Nightwing battle suit, begins style.
