Predictions
Ok, here it go's. I'll be the first to open my mouth and give my predictions for this up coming weekends best fight card of the year!!
Barrera VS Juarez:
Rocky said he will be more aggresive early on as opposed to the first match, so i see him taking a huge risk in interchanging with Barrera. Barrera is in great shape and wants to win impressevely for a shot at Paqiao next year. Because of Rocky taking the risk and interchaning shots with Barrera early on, I see Barrera catching Rocky with a good hook and winning the fight by TKO after Rocky obviously gets up for more.
Guzman VS Barrios:
Barrios is a big puncher with very good skills but gets hit a lot. Guzman is like like an early version of Mayweather but faster. I see Guzman winning the fight by UD.
Vasquez VS Gonzalez:
Gonzalez is a strong puncher like Barrios and hasn't lost in a while, but his oposition is a bit questionable aside from Montiel. Vasquez is on a roll after his loss to Oscar Larios back in 02 and hasn't lost since then, including a revenge win with Larios. I see Vasquez taking the fight by UD as well because Gonzalez has never been KO'd and he's the one moving up in weight to challenge Vasquez.

My picks:
Juarez by decision.
I think he's hungier and he's gonna want it more after what happened last fight. Barrera needs to fight the whole fight and not take rounds off to beat him.
Barrios by mid/late KO.
I think he's underrated and Guzman, the smaller man, is a little bit too limited to deal with Barrios aggressive style.
Gonzalez by decision.
He still has good power and lot's of upside even though everybody has lept off the bandwagon by now. Vasquez is tough though and this one will be close.
It should be a great card.

Man! Miss Cleo aint got $hit on my boy!
Aside from predicting how they would win, I went 3-0 on my predictions to your 0-3 Mr. Cabello.
I thought Barrera would have engaged Juarez rather than box him through out the fight, but all in all, he showed why he's the champ. Juarez is going to end up being one of those fighters that are realy good, just not good enough. He definitley should have tried harder to engage Barrera, the problem is, like i said, he's just not good enough.
Vasquez vs Gonzalez was just named fight of the year by the Boxing Hall of Fame (odd that the year hasn't ended and there's plenty of fights left) and im in total agreement. Vasquez is a great champ and showed it by stopping a very great champ as well. Now how about a bout between Vasquez vs R.Marquez sound like, sounds like fight of the year to me.
