Hmmm... well, as far as longetivity goes, I'll have to say ER, because I've never missed an episode of that show.
But I can probably say there's a show that I'll watch every night of the week, including Heroes, House, Prison Break, America's Next Top Model, Top Chef, The Office.... etc.
