Renters wanted
Well, we chose a renter about 2 weeks ago. He was supposed to sign the rental agreement this weekend so that he can move in March 1st. But I just got a vmail from him this morning...and he's backing out.
Pls pray that we find a good renter soon!

thats not cool, but now you've experienced what its like to try and find a solid renter or buyer, so in the future u'll no how to deal with it a little better but dang that sucks then cuz that means you guys gotta keep payin for a place that ur not even stayin in! i'll remember to keep u guys in prayin...
