my FOOT!!!
we'll i dont wanna scare all ya'll, but i sprained my heel at the football game last sat. When i jumped up to try to get the ball from that tall wr i landed directly (with all my weight) on my heel and it hurts so bad now. it didnt hurt that much during the game, cuz i guess the adrenaline help out. Not to mention that i missed playin basketball so much that i played at the park on sat after the game which made it worse. i know dumb huh. so pray that i wont play basketball this week and that it'll get better. hehehe
