Christmas skit
THOUGHT UP ONE ON SUNDAY NIGHT!!
I was at prayer, and I had this idea for our Christmas skit.
It will be called "something is missing"...
tell you about it later, i'm in class!

Alright, here's some ideas because it's a little choppy in my head right now:
-There will be three main characters that will find something "missing" from ordinary Christmas decorations/cards/baking/carols/trees/etc.. [whatever is easy to use]
-They're raised to know "traditional Christmas" and vaguely know the birth of Jesus Christ and His story
-Three of them are workers that take the trolley or bus station and each of them encounters an angel in human form. [they do not necessarily need to be at a bus stop, it can be at a store, or work, or playing golf [yeah Jensen, you can be one of the main characters, just so you can play golf]
-The angel gives them "holy flyers" and Bibles and each one of them slowly get the point in what is missing in their Christmas decorations/cards/baking/carols/trees/etc.., so basically it is almost like solving a puzzle.
-I need to see if I can think up more obstacles to go through in order to actually have faith in these holy flyers. [anybody got ideas?]
An example with what is missing can be
Carolers singing "We wish you a Merry X-mas" and one of the main characters that are part of those Carolers says "something is missing." So when he encounters the angel, then he will be the first to realize that it's more joyous and uplifting to say Christmas because the holy flyer will give him a scripture to look up in the Bible.
With the Holy Flyer thing, there will be a blank card given to these characters and then suddenly it will appear. We will kind of use that music video [Yahweh by needtobreathe] idea
We can add or take out a lot of things, I just need you guys to help me out with polishing these ideas!!
I hope it can become some sort of a comedy, but if it turns out to be serious, then that's the way it goes!
Sorry that it's not solid, visuals were popping inside my head and I couldn't write down all of them as a clean start to finish story!
p.s. maybe the holy flyer shouldnt be "flyer".. maybe telegram?
