To say that this board will be controversial is an understatement as it goes against almost everything society presently believes to be true about emotions, feelings, life and love. But then why wouldn't it be controversial if the desire and goal is the opposite of what is presently being experienced! To empower yourself, you need to be open to challenge everything you believe to be true, especially about love, life, emotions and feelings and also be willing to end your denials of self.
I openly share the knowledge, tools, messages and insights that I've gained through sixteen years of intensive personal experience and in working with others on their journey. Hi Everyone,
Next to denial, duality and polarity are key elements to the massive confusion affecting everything in creation. Since understanding cannot come before experience, and for consciousness to first become aware of, or experience itself, it needed some form of differentiation to allow self to know that it was different from something that was not itself. Duality and polarity are needed in order to experience form or manifestation. Two independent powers or principals (good and evil) of opposite polarity or points of view yet intrinsically connected. They are the two sides of the same coin and no matter how thin you slice the coin it will always have two sides, two opposing points of view, and two different states of being. While individually, both have a valid truth to their point of view, collectively its only part of the truth.
For example, imagine two people are sitting opposite one another at a table and in the middle of the table is a coffee cup. Now lets say that to one person the handle would be pointing to the left, while for the other it would be pointing to the right. Both are talking about the same cup and experience and while both are correct in their truth and point of view, they are of the opposite polarity. Nothing they could say would change the others truth or point of view unless either one of them went into denial of their point of view and accepted the others truth as their truth. But in denying their truth, they would feel that their altered choice was not the right choice for them.
The problems and issues with polarity, intertwined with conditional and unconditional love, come up when one polarity has no acceptance for the other polarities point of view. Lets move from the physical example, to a concept or better yet, to feelings and emotions. One side, which Ill call the denial polarity believes that expression of emotions should be denied or at the very least be controlled so that only positive or pleasing ones are expressed and that negative or unpleasant ones are denied expression, this to them feels loving. Now to the other side, which Ill call the acceptance polarity, expression of emotions is not controlled, is accepted, desired and feels unconditionally loving, but denial and conditional acceptance of emotional expression feels unloving.
The problem arises when expression of emotions or even denied or lost hopes, dreams and desires activates the denial polarity, as they dont want to see, hear and especially feel what the acceptance polarity wants to express. Feeling threatened and not in control, the denial polarity uses judgments, beliefs, rules, anger, tenderness, sexuality, loving words, shame and of course Guilt, to try to manipulate and control those that desire to express themselves. The denial polarity will even argue that the expression of emotions are lower based, not spiritual, egotistical, selfish and of course not loving towards anothers feelings. But, silently in denial what they are really saying is that the acceptance polarity that wants to express their feelings and emotions are some how responsible for the feelings of the denial polarity. Yet they themselves would deny that the same rule applies to them, as that would make them responsible for the feelings of the acceptance polarity who want to express their feelings.
The intent and message of the denial polarity suggests either by carefully worded statements, part truths, or by omission, that emotions are to be denied expression, that they are to be released, let go of, and of course always controlled. This of course is a truth for them, as denial of expression is their natural state of being. Yet this message is not aimed at the denial polarity, but rather at the acceptance polarity to try to convince them that they are wrong and that denial of emotions is the right choice. But, to the opposite acceptance polarity, denial of emotions doesnt feel good or loving, and expression is what they desire and so the dilemma, or part of it.
Until now, the acceptance polarity has been under the loveless control of the denial polarity and Guilt, and have backed down, co-operated or compromised just to keep the peace and not be further threatened or abused. Confused with all the beliefs, programs and imprints that suggest that because the denial polarity doesnt seem have the problems with feelings and emotions that the acceptance polarity has, that the acceptance polarity should just deny their feelings and emotions like the denial polarity and that would solve their problems and they would be happy like the denial polarity. But no matter how much they deny, they never deny enough to satisfy the denial polarity and they can never win or feel good, as denial is not their natural state of being, not their polarity.
If you are a feeling and emotional person, then you are caught in this merry-go-round of believing that love for others means denial and hatred for self, and until you find acceptance and love for self, to allow yourself to express your intuition and all your emotions, nothing will change. Once you have unconditional love and acceptance for self, you cannot be anything but loving to others, even though what you are saying or doing may not please them. They would prefer to deny the truth and their feelings and would also prefer that you deny expressing yourself and instead just do or say what they tell you is the right thing to do or say. When you have self-love, you also have acceptance for the opposite polarity, for its choice to be in denial, but and this is a big BUT, you now have choice and you dont have to accept their truth as your truth. However, the denial polarity, while they may be able to see the acceptance polarity point of view, they cannot accept its right to be, because acceptance is not their natural state of being even though they may insist it is. However, the denial polarity does have acceptance for denial, and that is a key point to remember.
When openly expressing your truth, you dont have to defend or justify your point of view; you know it because you experienced and felt it. When you deny your truth and accept something that isnt your truth, or that feels unloving, you have given away your power. Now you feel driven to convince others to accept the same point of view you did in order to feel that you have some form of power or control and to also convince yourself that you made the right choice.
Now this whole topic is academic to the denial polarity who refuse to feel, have no acceptance for the expression of feelings and emotions, believe that evil doesnt exist, or believe that their feelings and emotions are evil. If however, you are a feeling, emotional person, being influenced or controlled by the denial polarity but trying to find enlightenment and self-empowerment, know that no matter how much knowledge you obtain, all that you will get from it is more confusion, not wisdom. You will be helplessly trapped and going in circles unless you open yourself to feel what is being said and what is NOT being said, especially about feelings and emotions and their acceptance and expression. They are the key to feeling the difference between love and unlovingness of the two opposite and reversed polarities. Unless you are open to feel you cant tell one I love you from a hundred I love yous as they all are saying the same words, yet only one may feel loving.
Humanity has been duped and brainwashed, as most of what we have been told and believe is about to change, especially what we believe love is. The socalled negative emotions held in denial by the acceptance polarity are not the source of evil and unlovingness but are reflecting the evil and unlovingness that they have taken in. Duality and polarity in themselves are not the real issue or problem with unlovingness either as there is another, more sinister aspect here that has reversed the polarities and that, is true evil and unloving light, but that is another topic.
In closing this topic, I would like to leave you with some food for thought. Consider this clever plot by the forces of unloving light, which already have control of the denial polarity and are now trying to extinguish any resistance to it by the acceptance polarity. What better way to win the battle over the acceptance polarity than to fill its Spirit and mind with imprints, programs and beliefs to discredit and deny the only thing that could detect unlovingness and evil, which just so happens to be the feeling and emotional centre, the very Will and Soul of our being.
