To say that this board will be controversial is an understatement as it goes against almost everything society presently believes to be true about emotions, feelings, life and love. But then why wouldn't it be controversial if the desire and goal is the opposite of what is presently being experienced! To empower yourself, you need to be open to challenge everything you believe to be true, especially about love, life, emotions and feelings and also be willing to end your denials of self.
I openly share the knowledge, tools, messages and insights that I've gained through sixteen years of intensive personal experience and in working with others on their journey. It is my intent that the ideas and works that will be discussed within this forum will not only expand your consciousness, but also activate your emotions and touch your heart.

Past Lives
Exploring past lives is essential if your intent is to heal your present selves, as your present issues have their roots buried in past lives. Issues of abandonment, betrayal, helplessness, hopelessness, to name a few all have their roots in the past. You may even have fears, like a fear of heights or snakes and may never have had a traumatic experience in this lifetime dealing with those issues, but these fears and issues have been carried forward from past lives. If you have an exceptional gift and talent, these are also usually carried forward from a past life but just think of all the talents and gifts you also have buried in the past that were lost because of either shame or guilt. Healing the past isnt just about healing what we term negative emotions and issues, but also of healing our lost talents and gifts and recovering lost essence and power.
Before you begin this journey you will need to prepare yourself by going through the basics techniques of breath, grounding, relaxing, centering yourself, see Meditation for details.
Our intent this day is to journey back in time to whatever lifetimes and experiences we need to explore that servers our highest purpose and good. Allow yourself to express what you see, hear, and feel on your journey. Its OK to talk about what youre experiencing and to ask or answer questions, and to express any emotions if and when they come up. (Pause)
The journey: Im going to now demonstrate an example of a simple Past Life regression in a similar format as Clearing your Astral plane. Im going to be using a short version of my first lifetime as human. Q representing the Questions of the person facilitating the journey and A representing the Answer given by person doing the past life journey. With this format, I hope to give you an idea of the flow and feel of the experience.
Q Now visualise a blue mist before you and allow yourself to move out from your place of centre and to slowly move into the mist. It might be blue or green or whatever other colour is appropriate. You may not see a mist and that is OK too, you may just sense or feel that you are in the mist or somewhere outside your physical body. You are about to begin your journey and when you return, you will come back to this place in the mist before returning to your body. (Short pause) Tell me when you feel you are in this mist, this space feeling safe and secure? (Pause) Waiting for a yes, Im in the mist.
A Yes Im in it now.
Q Allow yourself now to begin to move into the mist, allowing it to carry you back to whatever time is appropriate. (Short pause) When you feel youve arrived, slowly open your inner eyes and look down at your feet, tell me what is on your feet? What kind of shoes are you wearing, or are your feet bare?
A. Im wearing hide, tied with leather straps around my legs to my knees.
Q Now moving up your body, tell me what are you wearing, also are you male or female? Are you carrying anything or doing anything? Do you know where you are? Do you recognise anyone in that life time in this lifetime?
A. Im a man, a big man, wearing animal skins. Im standing on edge of a cliff overlooking a valley. I have a spear in my right hand and I have a deer or some animal like a deer over my shoulders and its legs are crossed and tied in front of me. Im calling out to someone in the valley and they are returning my call. Its a beautiful day, the sun is warm and Im happy.
Q Is there anything else you need to be aware of in this experience?
A No, I dont feel there is
Q Allow yourself now to move to the next significant event in that life time. (Pause)
A I making my way down into the valley now, along a narrow ledge. Something is wrong as I can feel the earth trembling and shaking. The ledge is beginning to fall into the valley below. I grab a small tree that is growing on the cliff face above me for balance and as I do, the ledge beneath me gives way. I drop my spear to hang onto the small tree with both hands. I see the tree roots beginning to come away as my weight and the deer are too much for it to hold. I hold the tree with one hand as I struggle to lift the deer off my shoulders. I pull the deer off and let it drop. Im watching it as it seems to fall ever so slowly to the rocks below. The lifeless body slumps over the rocks and I hear a thud. Im now looking at the tree; its still coming away from the cliff. I look for another handhold but there is nothing to hold onto. Suddenly the tree lets go and Im falling too. As Im falling, Im climbing up the tree, suddenly Im laughing and thinking, how foolish to climb a tree that is falling off a cliff. (Pause)
Q Now move to the next significant event in that life time. Is it your death? (Pause)
A Yes, I land on the rocks and Im dead. Im floating now. I see my body, my clothes, spear and the deer. I want to take them with me, but I cant.
Q After your death, allow yourself now to move back to the mist. Let yourself contemplate your life experiences. What insights did you learn in this lifetime, what issues have you brought forward?
A I realise that I cant take anything with me.
Q Is there anything further you need to explore or reflect on, in this life time?
A No.
Q OK, now allow yourself to move through the mist to the next significant life time that you need to explore, and when you feel youre there, again look down at your feet and tell me what you see?
That is the basic technique I use for past life regression and should give you an idea of whats involved. Ive found that three lifetimes is usually all that we do. After the last lifetime is completed and you feel it is time for them to return ask them if there is anything else they need to do before returning, if the answer is no, the journey is over.
Returning: It is now time to return, to end your journey and to re-enter the blue mist, (Pause) Let me know when you are back in the mist? (Short pause) Waiting for the reply yes, Im going back in the mist. Now allow yourself to come back through the mist to outside your physical body, resting comfortably, safe and secure, let me know when you are back to this place? (Pause, again waiting for a, yes, Im back) Now, bring back all your power and essence pertaining to the Earth plane and this physical body in the here and now. (Short pause) Now slowly leave the mist and return to your physical body, to your place of centre in the middle of your head, between your ears and eyes, the place where you began your journey, resting comfortable, secure and at peace. (Short pause) Now slowly allow yourself to begin to feel your consciousness returning to your physical body. Begin to move your fingers and toes and to slowly move your neck and head. (Short pause) Take a few slow, deep breaths and when youre ready, begin to move the rest of your body, your shoulders, arms, and feet. (Short pause) Youre now fully conscious and aware of everything that happened to you on your journey that you need to remember at this time. (Short pause) When you are ready, you can slowly open your eyes.
Integrating: Stay in your seated position for a few minutes and reflect on your experience and the feeling in your body. If you had a friend guiding you, then after a few moments you can share your experience with them, or if you keep a diary or journal you can write your experiences. As previously mentioned, it is desirable to express your emotions as youre feeling and experiencing them, but if you become emotional after your journey, then allow the emotions to move and express them as you can. Also express yourself to express your fear of expressing or any other fears that may come up.
Notes: If you are meant to know, you will also be aware of your name, where and when you lived, as well as the names of others that you recognized in the previous lifetimes that are with you now in this lifetime. As in the dialogue, you will experience your death transition and the lessons learned, or the lessons you still have to learn and that you have carried over to this lifetime. Sometimes during a past life regression, the person moves first to an experience in this life, which is similar to an inner child experience. When this happens it is usually to set the stage for a journey to show how the experience was carried over from a previous life into this lifetime, or visa versa. Often they will also explore different lifetimes but all dealing with the same issues that the person is confronting in this life. In past lives, you have been man, woman and child, rich and poor, victim and villain, been killed and been the killer and usually everything in between and in all of these, the same issues are usually repeated. Just because you are royalty or a judged a villain, doesnt mean that you didnt have the same issues and emotions as someone that was poor or considered a victim.
Once you are aware of what a past life is, dont be surprised to have conscious flashbacks come to you seemingly out of the blue. You will meet people and have a past life memory that may involve that person, or you will be doing something that will trigger a past life memory.
