It is created for those who seek change and desire to empower themselves, to live life as an expression of who they really are in unconditional love. To say that this board will be controversial is an understatement as it goes against almost everything society presently believes to be true about emotions, feelings, life and love. But then why wouldn't it be controversial if the desire and goal is the opposite of what is presently being experienced! To empower yourself, you need to be open to challenge everything you believe to be true, especially about love, life, emotions and feelings and also be willing to end your denials of self.
I openly share the knowledge, tools, messages and insights that I've gained through sixteen years of intensive personal experience and in working with others on their journey. Feel free to visit the various forums and posts and to also add your personal experiences, comments and questions. It is my intent that the ideas and works that will be discussed within this forum will not only expand your consciousness, but also activate your emotions and touch your heart.

Animal Guides and Totems
Animal Guides and Totems can take on any form in the animal kingdom. While totems are specific animal guides that you connect or associate with your entire life, other animals will be acting as temporary guides or messengers and may only be with you for a day or two. By becoming aware of what animals are around you, you can get clues as to what you need to look at in your life. Once you become aware of these animals in the spirit realm, you will also begin to recognize and associate them in your physical world. As youre able to identify them in the spirit realm, you will have a sense of them either working on you or trying to get your attention. When you feel something crawling on your head or skin but nothing is there physically, it may be a spider or an ant in spirit, crawling, or picking on you, while something larger might be a snake. When you feel youre being nudged or poked it might be a larger animal such as a deer, lion or an elephant.
Before you begin this journey you will need to prepare yourself by going through the basics techniques of breath, grounding, relaxing, centering yourself, see Meditation for details.
Our intent this day is to connect with our animal guides and totems that are here to assist us, to not only see or feel them are but to also know their names and how they are here to help us. During this journey, its OK to talk about what youre experiencing and to ask or answer questions, and to express any emotions if and when they come up.
The journey: Now, visualize a blue mist before you and allow yourself to move out from your place of centre and to slowly move into the mist. It might be blue or green or whatever other colour is appropriate. You may not see a mist and that is OK too, you may just sense or feel that you are in the mist or somewhere outside your physical body. You are about to begin your journey and when you return, you will come back to this place in the mist before returning to your body. (Short pause) Tell me when you feel you are in this mist, this space feeling safe and secure? (Pause) Waiting for a yes, Im in the mist.
Now slowly open your inner eyes and tell me what you see, hear or feel is in front of you. It might be off in the distance and is coming toward you. (Pause) If you are guiding another, listen to what the person journeying is saying and ask questions like, can you see or sense anything? Can you describe it? Does it have a name? Why has it come to you? What does it have to tell you? Will it be with you for a long time? Do you see anything else? (Pause) While asking questions is important, expressing what youre also picking up is just as important, not only for the other person but also for you in accepting what your intuition is telling you.
Once the person has looked at what is in front of them, have them slowly look in all directions. Look to your left and tell me what or who it is you see? (Pause, listening and asking questions) Look to your right, tell me what you see? (Pause, listening and asking questions) Now look up above you. (Pause, and again listen and ask questions) Now look down toward your feet, do you see anything? (Pause, listening and asking questions) Now I want you to turn around and tell me what or who is behind you? (Pause, listening and asking questions) Ask them if there is anything else that these animal guides and totems want to tell you? Do you feel you need to go anywhere with any of these animals? Again, if you are guiding this person and you intuit anything at this time it is important for you to express yourself. (Pause) When you feel it is time for them to return, ask them if there is anything else they need to do before returning? If the answer is no, the journey is over.
Returning: It is now time to return, to end your journey and to re-enter the blue mist, (Pause) Let me know when you are back in the mist? (Short pause) Waiting for the reply yes, Im going back in the mist. Now allow yourself to come back through the mist to outside your physical body, resting comfortably, safe and secure, let me know when you are back to this place? (Pause, again waiting for a, yes, Im back) Now, bring back all your power and essence pertaining to the Earth plane and this physical body in the here and now. (Short pause) Now slowly leave the mist and return to your physical body, to your place of centre in the middle of your head, between your ears and eyes, the place where you began your journey, resting comfortable, secure and at peace. (Short pause) Now slowly allow yourself to begin to feel your consciousness returning to your physical body. Begin to move your fingers and toes and to slowly move your neck and head. (Short pause) Take a few slow, deep breaths and when youre ready, begin to move the rest of your body, your shoulders, arms, and feet. (Short pause) Youre now fully conscious and aware of everything that happened to you on your journey that you need to remember at this time. (Short pause) When you are ready, you can slowly open your eyes.
Integrating: Stay in your seated position for a few minutes and reflect on your experience and the feeling in your body. If you had a friend guiding you, then after a few moments you can share your experience with them, or if you keep a diary or journal you can write your experiences. As previously mentioned, it is desirable to express your emotions as youre feeling and experiencing them, but if you become emotional after your journey, then allow the emotions to move and express them as you can. Also express yourself to express your fear of expressing or any other fears that may come up.
Notes: Usually people will see or sense at least one animal but most often five or six is usual, and sometimes it might even be a zoo. Animals do have names but do not often give them, as they are not asked. Some animals are our life guides and are with us for our earthly sojourn while others are there for only briefs times but can re-appear often. There are no limits as to what kind of animal guides we have. Often people will have a spiritual or emotional experience when they feel the unconditional love of their animal guides. Animal guides and totems are a good way to get people to open up to the spiritual realms as they are not as afraid of animals being a guide but may be afraid of a guide in a human, angelic or other form.
