Dracula the Ballet
After Ntnon's mention of the Ballet based on Dracula.I see next friday on BBC4 there is a dance version of Frankenstein on.The mind boggles
By the way Ntnon knowing you like MMAHMM,did you get to see Tony Robinson's channel 4 documentary on Robin Hood?

...nope.... I'd hoped to, but we've (only!) got two Televisions, and my parents were in both rooms watching WWTBAM. Which was handy..
No doubt it'll be repeated, and/or summarised, possibly..?!
Oh... 'Five' were meant to have Frankenstein Unbound on yesterday, but then put some music award thing on instead.. ..did I miss out on a cinematic masterpiece, or not?

Well Tony Robinson does have a book out on British heroes.AS far as Frankenstein Unbound is concerned it was on Friday night/Saturday morning 2PMish.And no you didn't really miss anything.It's alright but thats about it.

I just thought of something....
So we've got Brannagh's 'Mary Shelly's Frankenstein' which puts a fair bit of strain on that old artistic license, and then there's Coppola's 'Bram Stoker's Dracula', which pretty much re-wrote the book. So why wasn't LXG called 'Alan Moore's League of Extraordinary Gentlemen', just for consistencies sake.

Because it's not Alan Moore's LoEG, it's a plagiarized script of that movie-that-never-was, Cast of Characters.

Sort of my point: I mean how many of those 'Such and such's Such and such' are actually a true depiction of the original?
