Something Orlando said...
Though this is mostly speculative, SPOILER WARNING for those not reading Vol. II's Almanacs:
.
.
.
.
.
"It becomes a question not of wether one will try a thing, but when" (Orlando, Traveller's Almanac Vol. II #5 )
In his/her extended lifespan, Orlando has tried quite a number of things, including those surprising sex changes; if this can be expected of other people who live very long lifes (i.e.: those bathing in the fire of life)... Shall we eventually hear the tale of the adventures of Mr. William Murray and Miss Ally Quatermain?
(Please, don't kill me )

Clara! I can't believe you said that! Allan would never become one of THEM.

But even if Allan did give in and become one of US, why would Mina stoop so low as to become one of THEM?

Re: Something Orlando said...
I've found them!
From the July issue of Fortean Times:
"A man and wife in Hungary have become the first married couple to swap sexes. Dr Laszlo Pajor led the operation in the southern town of Szeged where the double sex change surgery had been successful. However, when the "new woman" was taken to the female ward to recover, other patients refused to accept her and she had to be sent back to the male ward."

That's really harsh..! Mind you, there was a tale that some athlete person had a sex change from male to female, and (as a consequence..?) beat the rest of the real-women easily. And they protested, and it was all very complicated...

You're right... I don't think she would.

Re: Something Orlando said...
If you're implying that these are the girls in the nationwide blitz for Charlie's Angels, all I can say is that Allan has done wonders with that five-o-clock shadow problem and finally put on a little weight.
