...it was a cretinous move to kill him in the first one, frankly. (Although films do have to work differently from comics, with the 'oh, he's gotten away again. For the 3923nd time..')
But, yes. That might not be a clever move.. mind you, neither would be rewriting Catwoman's history, changing everything and making a film of it... or Hellblazer.. Oh well. Never happen...
