I'm on YOUR side of the pond, but I can answer some of your queries:
There should be a FOURTH Zenith TPB (although, admittedly, the Fourth Phase would make for a very slim volume, maybe they could add some of the Interludes which were NOT reprinted). Neither the Fourth Phase nor SOME of the Interludes have ever been reprinted, whether in the godawful floppies Fleetway/Quality did way back (and which I keep *****ing about from time to time), nor in the TPBs Titan did a decade ago. This was all going to be solved when the NEW trades from Titan came out (I believe the Third and Fourth Phases would make out a single volume), but then the legal issues ensued and, well, you know the rest.
Regarding Slaine, um, there's actually a TON of stuff that's never been reprinted, though I understand Titan is fast-tracking its series of Slaine TPBs (and their hardcovers, in case anyone cares).
