Yep, #19 is still down for the 31st of March, although, as you say it's hard to tell if it'll last. The Previews for May are out, and there's no Planetary among them... BUT, it might not be anyway. Because.. the end of March puts Planetary into the fifth week, so (there's a point to this..) that's make the eight week(ish) point at the beginning of June, so it could still be bimonthly.
However, everyone keeps saying that Mr Cassaday will be X-Menning for a while, and will necessarily have to have several finished before his 'run' starts, so as to make sure Marvel get their book out monthly.. also Mr Ellis is apparantly FFouring among other things.. oh well...
