A simple cave...
Well, my little brother has rediscovered Morrowind 
He plays as a thief and want a cave where he can store his stuff. And he wanted me to do it...
I guess the cave is no problem, the problem is that he wanted some sort of not too big, mystic, tomb-ish dungeon "under" this cave.
Unfortunatly, my imagination seems to have vacation. I have no ideas!! Please help

How about candles that increase or decrease in light upon activation?
The tomb could commemorate one of his old characters
How about he gives you details to this character, so you can make it an npc and you can fight it? Or he gives you details for another of his old characters and that npc will buy stolen things?
Maybe add some "underling" bandits in the cave when his character reaches a certain level, because he is so infamous
