[WIP] Caldera Expansion
Yes, it's me again, trying to do an expansion. As the Pelagiad Expansion is not working out well, and it is after all one (or even the only) city/town Bethesda did very good.
And, Caldera has to be one of the worst built towns in the whole Morrowind. So I thought that this city needs help. 
Please, come with ideas, and tell me what Caldera quest I need to think of (I don't want to screw up any quests)

Obviously, a quest line should be made concerning something about the ebony mines. Maybe a great house conflict or something was discovered inside it?

Think about the old west and maybe twist some quests to fit Morrowind. I don't know why but Caldera has always seem to be very Old west. I half expect to see saloon girls and duels in the street.
