Getting into the Census & Excise Warehouse without picking the locks.
Hey,
The following is a good way of getting into the Census & Excise Warehouse without needing to pick the locks, or use the Console.
First off look at the wall as you come out of the Chargen buildings. Pic 1.
Then make your way to the left hand corner of the wall. Pic 2.
While walking straight in to the flat corner (Pic 3), keep holding down fowards and jump repeatedly until you reach the top. This may take a couple of attempts. Pic 4.
Now that you are standing on the top of the wall, turn to face the roof to your right. Pic 5.
Again, walk and jump until you make it to the top of the roof. This may take a few tries to do. Then turn to your right again and look down onto the skywalk. Pic 6.
walk across here and then jump through the gap between the chimney and the roof. Pic 7.
Get onto the small roof to your right. Pic 8.
Carefully drop down onto the balcony. Pic 9.
Now carefully turn to face the unlocked door and enjoy. Pic 10.

ohh yes there is a key. You know when you recieve your package to give to whats his name in Balmora. Its in that room, you know the one with the guy in the templer armour.
well now we have 3 possible ways of getting in. Should make a good quest line for the thief mod....

True, but there are no levitation spells available to the player without leaving Seyda Neen; only 1 potion is in Addamasartus and it's not particularly easy to find.
