ARTFUL FESTIVAL - something a bit different
(1) October has five weekends so it's a good excuse to party for a whole month
(2) Erm... Let's rock.
Although this sounds vague, we did it for the first time last year and it worked.
Rock / Punk / Newer Wave / Alternative Pop / Electro bands. Acoustic sets. Spoken word. The odd impromptu photo / filming / zine interviews sessions and a load of odd ideas throw in, plus dance, design but most of all drinkin'n'partyin!
Anyway, the second one is this year. A lot of it will take place in South London, but Coventry and Stockport have venues up for it.

and on Sunday there is an Access All Ages rock gig at the same venue from 4pm
p.s. Music Tourist Board is a rabble of a disorganisation but we like to help. For instance if you are a rock band off on tour, employ the services of Totally Tidy Tours which is run by Unemployable Welsh Scum (regular DJs of ours) or Lenny Love of Dirty Sounds who DJs, tour manages, co-ordinates Artful and has more gaffa tape on his clothes than cloth!
