Re: Learning the Human Blockhead
Chance, Krista and I are in El Cajon Ca, just a few minutes from San Diego, and we teach ALL the sideshow acts at no cost. We open our home to those who are serious about learning the sideshow arts. We even teach a few very old, lost stunts. Todd has an exceptional school, well worth attending... We teach one on one, but you MUST have the right attitude, and realize what we teach can be harmful and not just a few parlor tricks.

Re: Learning the Human Blockhead
Hey.. I havent had a problem but today After going 4 inches down I felt a little discomfort.. and Found a little blood when I pulled out.. Any idea why it would happen and not have happened before? Should I wait awhile before trying it again?

Swab it out with a Q-tip and neosporin. An infection in there would not be fun.

Re: Learning the Human Blockhead
I am 14 and I am really serious about persuing the career of sideshow acting. I have already learned fire breathing and fire eating. I kinda taught myself those. Probably not in the safest manner though. I am really interested in learning the human blockhead. I have been dedicated myself to find any information on the act for almost 2 months now. I was afraid to even attempt anything before I knew what the hell I was doing. Safety comes first with me, well most of the time. If you can please help me out on the basics of the human headblock I would greatley, greatly appreciate it. Thank you so much for taking your time and maybe helping me to persue my life dream.

Re: Learning the Human Blockhead
If you do the Human Blockhead to many times in one day, can it make the very back of your nose kinda irratated a little bit, and how long should I wait until I do it again, I am probably gonna wait for one or two days. What do you people think?

Re: Learning the Human Blockhead
I guess ima cut it down to 1 or 2 times a day, that would be the healthy thing to do. I overdid it today, I know it...

Re: Learning the Human Blockhead
My nail stops itself kinda deep into my nasal cavatie, it isn't touching my throat, not even close. I don't know I can get through it, but it hurts, I did it with a smooth, un-used baby thermometer and it did the same thing, but the baby thermomemeter slid through with a little pain. What could be the problem. Sorry I am leaving so many posts...
