Post Order

First, thanks for creating this community!

Is it possible to reverse the order in which the posts are organized? (i.e., most recent post at the top, oldest at the bottom)

That way people, like me, who check in daily won't have to scroll through all the posts they've already read in order to see the new stuff.

Re: Post Order

Hi Stephon

I have thought about that already. The main problem is that I know a few of the people here are already used to the magic cafe, which has the posts arranged in the same way, so it might annoy them if I switch them around. But the deciding factor is that I don't think akheva (who provide the forum code and the space it's hosted on) provide a setting which would allow me to do that anyway.

I am still getting used to the myriad of settings the control panel offers me and might stumble across a setting to do that, however I have looked before, and not been able to find the option.

If enough people want it though I will send an email to the akheva tech support team and see if they can arrange it.

Hope this helps

David

I quite like the current order. Not because the Magic Cafe does it that way (no, I won't get started on the Magic Cafe!), but if you are new to a thread, it is a bit easier to start with the initial post and follow the thread. Otherwise I feel your eyes do too much jumping about (to see what I mean, have a look at the forum on performers.net).
