Well... it seems that the general populous of the school isn't completely retarded... and that our body-snatcher isn't doing a good job of being realistic as the replacement for Naomi. I should say it can't be too hard for the main cast to find the differences. Which one would think they should be looking into Naomi's sudden awakening, since they were around when she was placed into her coma.
Or maybe not. Maybe it will simply be revealed when our replacement sees certain members of the main cast (if you go with some of my crazy theories mentioned in a previous post.)
