What's with all the secrecy?

I'm thinking if you'd like new members, perhaps open it up a bit instead of keeping everything under a password lock and key? Is this really nessecary?

The need for the secrecy is that we have been hacked before and have had our story sabotaged before as well. The Passwords are to give us an idea of who has access to the areas. I may relax those in a short while, depends on how things go. Generally, if you want the passwords, just ask me for them.
