Isle of Wight Radio 2
that last thread was getting too long for my aging eyes
Desree and robbie woop de doo!
iw radio must have a play list. among that play list i bet there is a good range of music for us to have, in between the dance and toot for example
a rock session - a two hour stint of old classic to new wave rock and punk
a new music session, john peel like, doesn't have to be all island music, but would be nice to have some island musicians getting their music heard - us islanders pay for the station to exist, in advertising and support, so why aint they supporting island music. makes no sense, it is supposed to be an local radio show - but all they do is play adverts and talk far too much
the dj's as well...are they really knowledgable
alex dyke is controversial and i like that - but do we really need him on for 4 hours a day
im known to be a bit hard headed and i like to get things off my chest, so come on isle of wight radio, get yer act together, listen to your people before we all switch over to radio 1

Re: Isle of Wight Radio 2
IOW Radio talk a lot because they can't afford to pay for enough songs.
I wish they'd play better music in the time they do have though - their playlist must consist of about 4 songs!!
