Do you think its a sign of getting mature when you start listening to albums that your parents own?

I quite like the Eagles - hot day cold beer...Fleetwood Mac too...they aint bad! I got Supertramps Greatest for Christmas...and I recently got ELO's greatest hits too...all stuff me Mum listened to - and I don't mind admitting it! I draw the line at Barry Manilow though!

Kind of a U2 week this week, with some Foo Fighters revision thrown in for the festival.

been in bed poorly
listening to:
Ian Dury - "Sex and Drugs and Rock and Roll" fab tune (not that I'm endorsing drugs children - they are bad and shouldn't be used) and a bit of Crass...well, I was sorting through my CD's!!

Er.. 'Deadwing' is the album title! Porcupine Tree the band... if you haven't heard 'em check 'em out. The best contemporary UK band IMHO!

Put on the Stereophonics 'Word gets around' CD. I forgot how good this record really is, just superb basic rock.
I also had to find my copy of 'Appetite for Destruction' for a long driving trip away. Nice.
Been trying to find my Foo Fighters DVD. Got the case but not the disc!!!! ARRRGHH!!!!
Its been an angst rock week
